Seen with magnification the emeralds have a few tiny surface reaching inclusions inherent to this gem. The carved amber is intact & looks fine. Gold shows a bit of light surface wear overall & has spots of toning at the bottom of the shank from previous sizing that a quick buff by a jeweler would remedy.
