Center is a large 2.60 solitaire, I1-I2, I-J color (per the attached appraisal).
There are 8 rows of 5, and 1 center row of 4, round brilliant cut natural white diamonds, all channel set. Each smaller diamond is approx. 2.3mm with the approx. total carat weight of the 44 diamonds to be approx. 2.0ct with a clarity grade of VS2-SI1 and a color grade of H-I. It is stamped inside with the 14K and the artist mark which appears to be WA in a stylized snake pattern.
Size = 5.5 and can be re-sized.
