Description
c.24th-21st century BC. A piriform ceramic jar with waisted neck and everted rim, two integral rectangular-section strap handles, painted with an elaborate series of intertwined loops and chevrons, 'fingers' to the troughs and peaks, between plain bands, swags below, X-motifs around the neck.
