ZITAN wood Chinese Dressing case, GuanPiXiang. A beautiful domed chest. The top opens to a tray for storing jewelry. The panel doors open too revel five additional drawers. The box is mounted with ruyi -shaped fittings, a cloud-shaped lock plate, vase-shaped pulls and flanked by a pair of U-shaped handles, all in huangtong brass. The wood shows purplish deep brown lustrous patina, with fine feathery grain.

Over all in EXCELLENT condition. Some stress of wear. Natural wood imperfection, wood joint mark, minor scratches and dents. Normal consider ages and wears.
