A Roman bone votive figure.
Roman Imperial Period, 100 - 300 CE.
Dimension: 5.1x1.3cm (without stand), 9.9cm (height with stand).
Bone figure with a stylized face, dressed in a robe (chiton?) with cross lines on the back. No arms or legs but holes on the body and top of it head, indicating that there were originally arms and headdress attached to it but now lost. The legs, probably originally presented as in robes, may have been worn off. The stand is irremovable.
Private Hebei collection formed around 2000.
