1960s stainless steel and bronze Louis XVI / Neoclassical-style writing table / bureauplat desk designed by John Vesey (American 1924-1992), having gilt bronze trim with elegant fluted column supports. Each column is decorated with gilt acanthus swag trim and bronze mounts ending with bronze sabots. The leather inset top has gilt trim and the drawers are lined in green velvet. [31" H x 62" W x 32 3/4" D]. Light scratches to steel and leather top.
