Made by Groetchen Mfg in Chicago circa 1939-42, this 3 reel counter top machine rewarded players with a token good for packs of cigarettes when 3 of the same kind of reel symbols appeared, features a smoking lady graphic, door has lock & key. In overall VG condition but back door casting has a chunk missing from the top RH corner. Measures 10" tall, 9" wide 10" deep. Originally from the bar in the May Rose Bowling Alley in Melrose Park, IL.
