A Large Classical Giltwood Overmantel Mirror Circa 1825

Condition report:
The rectangular beveled mirror plate flanked by two acanthus-wrapped columns surmounted by a frieze incorporating flowerheads and scrolls, centered by a scallop shell.

Condition report:
Minor hairline cracks in sections, most notably in the cornice, and areas of flaking gilt. One loss to ornament to the spiral garland at near the midpoint of the right column.
