Chinese Qing Dynasty Period, Carved lacquer Three Tiers food Lidded Box. The Box is Made in a rectangles with four level and correspondence flat dome lid. There is a tongue at the outer rims for fitting the lid created a perfect fitment on the each rim. U shape flanked on the foot base to upper lid, all supported with wide flat rectangle foot base. Each box carved with scrolling Ruyi and auspicious pattern. The entirety is encased in amazing relief carving which gives this box a captivating appearance.

Some crackle, minor scratches and fading found on the ebony lacquered surface, network of fissures or cracks in a finish lacquer from climate changes. Over all in EXCELLENT condition.
