Two Iron-Bound Bentwood Grain Measures; Together with another Bentwood Grain Measure
19th Century
Height of tallest 7 5/8 inches; Together with a Brass Bucket and a Hand-Forged Iron Wall Hook
Height of wall hook 24 1/2 inches, width 7 1/4 inches, depth 10 7/8 inches; height of bucket 6 1/2 inches, diameter 7 3/4 inches. And a Group of Copper Articles. Comprising a copper teapot, cauldron and a Middle Eastern coffee pot. Height of tallest 12 1/4 inches (coffee pot) .

Condition
the two larger measures have later (added) liners; the large measure with the iron bands has cracks to its bottom; the small measure has an iron band at the top, however, the lower band appears to be a later replacement; this small measure also has a partial hole in the side of the body, apparently part of the natural wood; this measure also has a pushed in area and small loss to its upper rim, as well as an age crack to its bottom board; this same measure is also missing part of the metal cross band that is on its underside
