There are literally hundreds of possibilities, the best thing is that if you want to know what stones they are, send them to a gemological lab for tests. We can tell you they are natural stones, but whether they are natural spinel, topaz, aquamarine, quartz, opaque chalcedony, feldspar, etc, is anyone's guess. A designer liked the colors enough to mount them in gold, and each thin disc is individually set. But we don't know what these stones are, sorry.David.
