Szwarc, Stanley box (Polish-American, 1923-2011) steel industrial enamel, black & white jewelry table, signed. Alternating black and white enamel square tiles to the front wall and the box lid. Managed on both sides of the box. Green felt inside. Registered and dated on the underside.
Weight approx., 4lbs.
The Polish origin Szwarc came to the United States in 1977 and started working in a metal shop in 1980. The scale of work art varies from Szwarc's ear-sized cross-floor vases. He builds keychain charms, paperweights, mailboxes, stamp holders and other utility items as well as boxes, vases and crosspieces.
