Description
This is an authentic Mark V dive dress which is perfect for display purposes. The suit was made by Converse Rubber in 1966. The white canvas is good condition and still pliable. The rubber collar does have some tears and extra holes punched into it from helmets being attached. The rubber cuffs have some tears visible. If a Mark V helmet was attached to the suit, the holes and tears at the color would be covered. If gloves were attached, the torn rubber cuffs would be covered. Both legs have vintage leather laces still intact. The back of the suit directly under the rubber color has a 1.5 inch square cut out of the suit.
Also accompanying the suit is a section of dive dress canvas patch material. This material measures 40 by 36 inches with a 10 by 5 inch section cut out of one corner. The material still has paper packing on one side protecting the inner rubber. This patch material is very difficult to find!
