This purple 1950's Felix DeMasi designed stretch lame bullfighter's outfit has beaded tassels, side zip beaded gauntlets, toreador vest, and side zip high waisted pants that can be stripped off during the tease. The second outfit is a beaded silver lamee bra and a peacock blue sheer embellished and fringed overcape. These are from the estate of exotic Burlesque performer, dancer, and musician Mika Mingo, ( born Maurite Doris Burbridge 1923-1972) Born in the Philippines, grew up in Westport, Connecticut and studied at Julliard. She danced in the NYC Ballet, and later taught Hindu dance. Her act included singing, playing the piano, dancing and very classy striptease. She appeared on both Johnny Carson and the Ed Sullivan Show. She was a dancer in the original cast of Moulin Rouge.
