Mary Matt Navajo 7mm-9mm Coral, 20mm Turquoise and Solid Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet - This beautiful piece was made by Navajo jeweler Mary Matt, and is crafted of solid sterling silver. The piece is decorated with a central 20mm turquoise surrounded by 7mm-9mm red coral cabochons which are set in saw tooth edges, showing lovely attention to detail. The cuff is also accented with cable twist and foliate details throughout the piece. The bracelet is signed "Mary Matt" on the underside of the piece. According to our seller, her parents started in the Native American jewelry business in 1972, and the family would travel to the New Mexico Native American reservations and purchase pieces directly from the tribes. They eventually went into the gold jewelry business and have kept these pieces in their private collection for over 40 years.
