Vintage Cadoro Couture Simulated Pearl Necklace. Beautifully created with off-white pale yellow tinted painted simulated pearls, accented with a pink baroque shape pearl and blue tone mother of pearl pedant. This necklace is very elegant with a metal closure. The piece is marked Cardoro on the hang tag and on the back of the pendant. This piece is in EXCELLENT condition. Measurements: 14" double strand length with 7" drop, pearl loop and pendant add 4" to the length.
Cadoro Jewelry Company was founded in 1945 by actor Steve Brody and Dan Standekieu. The jewelry is highly collectible. Each piece has its unique personality. The material used are very well crafted and of a high quality. After the death of Dan Standekieu in the 1970's, the company ceased operations. This beautiful jewelry is becoming more difficult to find and collectible.
