(2 pcs.) Note: Renowned naval commander Stephen Decatur (1779-1820) was commodore of the U.S.S. President when it engaged in battle in January of 1815 with the British West Indies Squadron at the blockaded Port of New York. Decatur was later honored with an eponymous street in the French Quarter of New Orleans in 1870.
