Three pieces of Central Asian jewelry, early 20th century, executed in nickel silver, brass, carnelian, turquoise, and glass, comprising a large pendant with brass appliques on silver, set with carnelian cabochons and suspending pendants, 8"l x 4.5"w; a silver hinged bracelet centering a carnelian stone framed by turquoise beads, likely from the Karakalpak peoples, and a pair of moska headdress pendants in the from of silver triangles set with coral cabochons and suspending long chains.These pieces were exhibited at the Birmingham Museum of Art, 2016; 'Uzbekistan Ikats from the collection of Peggy Slappey.'
