Three Brigid Berlin Needlepoint Pillows
Comprising a rectangular example depicting JonBenét Ramsey and with the verse "I did not kill my daughter, JonBenet. We loved JonBenet," height 16 inches, width 10 1/2 inches; square example in red lettering and depicting a yellow harp against a pink ground with the verse "Elizabeth Your Harp is Waiting," 10 3/4 inches square; and a rectangular example with red lettering against a green ground with the date June 7, 2002, and the verse "This is Martha's Day," height 9 inches, width 14 1/4 inches; each signed lower right with a B.B. monogram.

Brigid Berlin (1939-2020) was born to New York society and became part of core member of Andy Warhol's Factory. Berlin worked for years at Warhol's Interview magazine where she knit and did needlepoint throughout the day. Her needlepoint pillows take headlines from New York's newspapers.
