Description

Wood butter stamp with a very unusual -- unique, in our experience -- design of a winged griffin, or perhaps a winged lion. The griffin is often depicted with an eagle's head, this appears to be a lion's head with mane.
The stamp is in very good condition, but sadly has lost its handle.
Measures about 2 1/4" diameter by 1" high.
