GEORGE NELSON (American 1908 -1986) A WHITE LAMINATE AND STEEL ROLLING TEA CART TABLE, "Steel Frame Group," FOR HERMAN MILLER, LABELED, 1950s, the square box form black steel frame with "T" angled corners and inset with conforming white laminate top and base panels, verso top panel rectangular foil metal label "herman" and red stylized "M," then "iller.zeeland-michigan," beneath a black reproduction signature of "George Nelson," then "design," raised on coppered metal and rubber-wheeled casters. Height: 20 1/4" Width: 24" Depth: 24" Provenance: From the Estate of Joseph Gregg, San Antonio, Texas.
Condition
Good vintage condition with expected scuff marks, scratches, old tape residue, and surface buildup throughout. The black welded steel frame has normal edge wear, scuff marks, scratches, and a few dings from use, small scattered surface rust spots as well as surface buildup throughout.
