Six of the views are from the Keystone View Company, one of the most prolific and popular stereoview companies in America, which became a leader in the field in the early years of the 20th century. The others are by Underwood & Underwood, The Universal Photo Art Co., Universal View Co.and James M. Davis. The images here all depict the Klondike and the Alaskan Gold Rush, including scenes in Dawson City, Chilkoot Pass, the Alleukaket River, Haines, Nome, Hootalinqua, and others. A nice collection of views of Alaska at this pivotal moment in its history.Condition
