Givenchy Couture Leather Dress, 1990s

This dress was worn in the Ebony Fashion Fair.

Red leather sheath dress with drop shoulder cap sleeves, plunging front cowl neckline, straight fit skirt, and center back zipper closure.

Condition:The overall condition is good structurally however the leather is darkening under the arms, upper chest in front and back, hip areas, and front neckline. There is worn adhesive on the front neckline facing and center back lining from double-stick tape used during the show. The zipper tape has a hole in it making the zipper non-functional and the lining on the top left side is coming detached. There is a tear in the lining on the top right back opening and a small 0.5" separation at the top of the center back slit. the lining is moderately to heavily soiled from wear. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
