Description

18th-19th century Bombay Dutch marquetry cylinder desk. Open desktop that measure 18.75" depth x 41.5" w. Bombay shaped having wonderful inlays of satin and kings wood depicting a floral design. The interior with pigeon holes flanking a single door compartment and eight curved drawers all having pulls. The pull out mechanical writing surface rolls the cylinder desk top into hiding.. Simply stunning side and top inlays. Wear is consistent with age and use. Minor Fading. Measures: 45.5" w x 23" depth x 45" h.
