Condition
Half of the central figure's ribbon around neck and shoulders is missing; same piece is detached near elbow. There is a rectangular chunk out of the lower ribbon. Right handle dragon head has been re-soldered. Two claws missing from left dragons front foot, right dragon has back spike broken off. Some metal embellishments to base are broken off. Base appears to have possibly been replaced at some point; current base appears to be some form of composition.
