- Printed by Keatridge & Bail, Columbia, S.C.
- Serial Number 77711, print dated February 17th, 1864.
- Signatures for register and treasurer at bottom left and right.
- Vignette of two armed soldiers at lower left, a portrait of Lucy H. Pickens at the center, a portrait of George W. Randolph at lower right. Light pink overprint.
Condition
Very good, no folding creases. Stamped in red upper right corner, some bleeding through to the back.
