For your consideration is a set of mid-century modern, brutalist inspired scultures from the private collection of artist John Loree. This set includes an abstract metal sculpture (5x3), an expressive figurative metal sculpture signed Ross Brown '65 (11x3), an abstract wire on wood base (8x3), a metal man sculpture on base (6x6), a modern geometric metal pendant (4x5), and a linocut board (12x12). John Loree was a beloved and inspirational ceramics professor at Eastern Michigan University, where he taught for many decades. Per John Loree's final wishes, the proceeds from this art will be donated to The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. (Loree57)
