Description
1875 "The House that Jack Built A New Building on the Old Foundation" children's book by "The Man who was Tattered and Torn" with illustrations by J.R. Harris. Features 12 chromo lithographic plates, 12 descriptive leaves. Handwritten children's signature on front cover by John White Wylie dated January 11, 1885, the first blank page also features a child's drawings in pencil. Book's cover is lose, the first blank page has been torn, there are minor pencil marks throughout, and there is slight discoloration to the pages, overall in fair condition.
