The VAM-38 shows five feather ends below the eight tailfeathers. LIBERTY is more widely die doubled than on any other Morgan dollar VAM. The present lot ranks among the finest 7/8TF silver dollars. Peripheral gunmetal-blue, cherry-red, and golden toning surrounds brilliant centers with sharp strike detail. The resulting eye appeal is Amazing. Liberty's cheek and the adjoining fields are notably devoid of flaws. Five strong tailfeathers and doubling on LIBERTY are diagnostic. A Corey's Pick, Bid to Win, Don't let it get Away, you might not find its equal Coin. I give this coin my highest recommendation
