Mid to late 19th century, Grand Tour Era. The group includes a very handsome carved German black forest table box in the form of a chest of drawers along with a hand painted porcelain portrait of a young man framed in nicely carved walnut frame of the period and a quality carved and gilded renaissance style hand tinted lithograph of Christ with mother. The box has two feet missing and a small loss in the upper carving. Tallest: H9" Sold from the collection of an Aiken, South Carolina family.
