Silver home guard cross covered with White enamel. Between the arms of the cross are silver crossed axes. In the middle of the cross is placed a round gold wreath of laurel and oak branches, intertwined at the base with a gold ribbon.
In the center is the gold monogram of Nicholas II topped with a gold Imperial crown. Silver, gilded, enamelled.
