Rectangular form with brass corners and  strapwork, escutcheon with key and cartouche, with a drawer to one side, the other with a faux drawer, with flush fit brass handles, opening to a leather inset writing slope, with fitted  covered compartments. Dimensions 7 in. h. x 17.75 in. w. x 10 in.d. Condition Leather writing surface replaced. Minor shrinkage.
