American, early 20th century, opalescent gold bowl with white pulled leaves continuing down the knopped stemmedÿfoot, signed "Quezal" with scroll, 11-1/4 x 4-1/8 in. - Provenance: Minna Rosenblatt, Brooklyn, New York, purchased November 1977 for $2,200; Estate of Jay R. Doros, Springfield, New Jersey - Note: Thisÿfloriform vase was part of the exhibition "Flights of Fancy: The Quezal Art Glass and Decorating Company" at the Museum of American Glass at Wheaton Village, Millville, New Jersey, April 13 through October 20, 1996, curated by Gay LeCleire Taylor. This piece is illustrated in the exhibition catalog on pageÿ9, fig. 10-1.
