Description
Lee Harvey Oswald 1957 Yellow Jacket High School YearbookÂ
Measuring 8.25" x 10.75", 151pp with additional autograph pages, Fort Worth, Texas, Ca. 1957. An original "Yellow Jacket" yearbook for Arlington Heights High School, belonging to a female classmate of Oswald's. Oswald attended this school briefly, enrolling in 10th grade for the fall semester, but only completed a few weeks of classes before dropping out on September 28 to join the Marines. He is seen in a humorous vignette on page 104, with a picture in his 10th-grade biology class, captioned "'Bing! You're hypnotized,' says Janet Bolin to Lee Oswald in the old bio lab." With signatures of various students on the front and back pastedowns, free endpapers, and some of the inner pages. Light wear to the spine edges and volume corners. Minor soiling to some internal pages and toning to page edges. A yearbook was previously sold at RR Auction for $2500 in November 2020. From the collection of Ron Hoskins, assassinologist.Â
