Painted with gold garlands and banding on a black ground, the rectangular top above three long drawers, the interior with printed paper lining, on tapered square legs. These elegant commodes provide an impressive appearance. They warrant first hand inspection. From the images they appear to be Italian and of twentieth century date. The category continues to be admired. Purchased at John Roselli NYC

Condition

In excellent condition for their age. All drawers pull smoothly and there are no major flaws. Lining paper is in very good condition as well.
