Both methods are at Buyer's expense. Auction Terms of Sale: All bidders agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound thereby. All accepted bids are considered a binding contract to buy. ONLINE BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE: This auction may be carried timed as well as live via bids left directly with us; therefore, the auctioneer will have the final discretion as to who is the highest and winning bidder despite any automatic emails or notification by the online sight you placed your bids through. The auction house will notify you directly by way of email if you were a winning bidder and to arrange payment. The decision of the auctioneer is final and absolute. Please note this auction house processes all invoices within 2 business days, please contact the auction gallery if you were a winning bidder following your receipt of our invoice to arrange payment and shipping. Addition to or withdrawal from sale: The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any item listed. Reserve: The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots with a reserve the auctioneer has the right to bid on the part of the seller. Condition of items sold: The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect of any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Time of Payment: Online bidders please note: unpaid merchandise will be held for five business days only and then resold at bidder's expense and entire unpaid said balance will still be owed and due along with any breach of contract, collection and attorney fees. We process all paid orders directly through our gallery. We accept all major credit cards. Personal and/or business checks require the advanced approval of the auctioneer and may require additional security or time to clear before the lot(s) are provided. The full purchase price on all lots sold to the buyer must be paid within the fixed time, before the removal of any of the items. The auctioneer reserves the right to proceed to another bidder if the winning bidder defaults, or at the auctioneer's discretion. The auctioneer's determination of the winning absentee bidder is final. Removal: Removal is at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Shipping: Estimates for shipping will be offered free of charge by: The Country Postman, 845-677-1076 or info@countrypostman.com and/or, The UPS Store, Rhinebeck, NY 845-876-3357 or store4861@theupsstore.com. In both instances give the clerk the Auction House Name/Date/Lot number. They will contact us for dimensions when needed. Payments for shipping by a third party will be made directly to the shipper by the buyer. Lots will be provided only on the presentation of the paid bill. Auctioneer will not be responsible for goods not removed within the time specified, and for any item not removed by the purchaser within the time specified, the auctioneer may remove and store the items at the expense of the purchaser. Non-delivery responsibility: The auctioneer is not liable in any event for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser of any lot, other than for the return to the purchaser of the deposit or sum paid on said lot, should the purchaser be entitled to the refund. Claims: No claims will be allowed after the goods are removed from the premises. Exceptions: The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the auction due to inclement weather or any other reason as determined by the auctioneer.
