If item(s) are shipped out of state by a licensed FCC carrier, i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS etc., the purchase is exempt from MD sales tax. All shipping is at the expense of the buyer There is a 20% buyers premium on all purchases. Payment may be made by: GOOD CHECK, cash, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, M.O., Western Union, bank wire transfer, or other form deemed acceptable by both parties. For check purchases over $3000.00 a bank letter of credit or other form of financial reference must be presented and approved during bidder registration. Packing and shipping of all purchases can be arranged by Mosby & Co. at the purchasers? expense. It is the discretion of Mosby & Co. to determine if items can be shipped in-house or if a professional shipper must be used. Large items may require special handling and expense. All sales are final
