1. Registration 1.1 In order to be allowed to bid prospective buyers must complete and sign a registration form and provide valid identification. Registration must include the following elements: name, address, telephone number, VAT number and credit card. Auctioneer's Discretion The highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser.
