All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final with no refund, no exchange, and no credit. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect every item that you wish to bid on. It is the bidders' responsibility to determine condition and value. Written or oral descriptions are our opinions only and should in no way be construed as a guarantee or warranty of any kind. Condition reports are available upon request. The buyer shall be the highest bidder. Should a tie or dispute arise, the auctioneer, at his discretion, may reopen the bidding between the high bidders until the property is sold. All bidders won in person must be paid for on the same day of auction. All items won via absentee bid, telephone bidding, or liveauctioneers.com must be paid for within five business days of sale date. All winning bidders will receive an invoice following the completion of the auction. Auctioneer may facilitate the employment of the carriers and packers as a convenience to the purchasers, but assumes no responsibility for the actions. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids that are deemed inappropriate or withdraw any item before or during the sale. When the Auctioneer says, SOLD, title on the property shall pass to the successful bidder, who thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility. The purchasers at their own risk and expense shall remove said property unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction. The purchaser agrees purchases will be removed within five days of sale. The auction house items may be resold if items for removal are not met. A minimum storage fee of $5 per days, not to exceed $20 per week will be charged to buyers & consignors for items left at our company. As the winning bidder, it may be the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for packing and shipping for all items. This means the buyer must contact a shipping company to pick up the item(s) and ship the item(s) to the buyer. We will not release your item to a shipper without written or verbal instructions from you.
