If your items are not picked up or arrangements for shipping are not made within 14 days, your items will go into a third party storage facility, and you will be charged $20 per item. If you cannot pickup within 14 days, we will need a reason in writing for approval by us. When picking up your items, please come prepared with boxes and packaging if necessary. We accept three forms of payment. 1. Visa and Mastercard, American Express, you may call us at 973-984-6900 to pay over the phone. 2. Checks and money orders can be mailed to us at 20 Beach Street, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. 3. We also take cash and wire transfer, please email info@nyeandcompany.com for wire transfer information.
