Terms and Conditions of Sale: We will not approve internet bidders the day of the auction. All bidders are responsible for reading and understanding the following terms of sale, as well as any supplemental notices or announcements. By participating in our sale you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract. A buyer's premium of 23% will be added to the hammer price, Merchandise will not ship until checks or credit card has cleared. PLEASE NOTE: NO INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS. BIDDERS MUST BE APPROVED.Invoices are sent the next day following the auction or within 24 hours. PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER INVOICE SENT. Checks are due within 5-7 Days following the auction. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING. A DISPUTE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FILED . If a tie bid falls on the internet, phone, absentee or in house bid, the auctioneer's log will determine the winning bidder. All items are described to the best of our knowledge, however neither Tonya Cameron, Tonya Cameron Auctions,nor T A C Estate Auctions Inc., or its consignors makes any warranties or guarantees expressed oral or implied with respect to such property as to the condition, period, rarity or provenance of any lot sold. The purchaser assumes complete responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer. We reserve the right to hold merchandise until checks or credit card clears. Items must be removed within 2 days or prior arrangements must be made. In the event we have to move and store your lots,you will be accessed a storage fee of 5.00 dollars per day.
