July's auction features paintings, works on paper, American and European bronzes, and ivory sculpture. Fine and decorative art highlights include three exceptional works attributed to Cy Twombly, a Roy Lichtenstein exhibition brochure, an intriguing selection of ink sketches on newspaper ascribed to Picasso, Salvador Dali drawings, several Paul Klee and Wassily Kandinsky-ascribed watercolors, and five sumi ink drawings attributed to Jiro Yoshihara. Other selections include prints and lithographs by artists such as Joan Miro, Georges Braque, and Henri Matisse. The auction also features a number of interesting and collectible bronzes as well as some early European ivory carvings.
