January Fine Asian Art and Antiques

Fine textiles and rare jade pieces will be the highlight of the January Asian sale at Kaminski Auctions, including an imperial Qing Dynasty silk kesi dragon robe and an exquisite 18th century white jade cup. Also offered are items from two important New England collections, one acquired in the 1950s from Frank Caro, the successor of well-known dealer C.T. Loo, the other from the family of Lawrence Mead, co-director of the International Student Association of Greater Boston, who spent many years teaching English at Beijing University in the 1930s.
