All descriptions are considered knowledgeable opinions and are to be taken for informational value, not appraisal or as other valuation. There are no refunds at any time. All items are final sale. Stallion Hill Galleries will make items available for viewing prior to auction at pre determined preview on location. By bidding, you signify you have examined the item and agree to terms or choose not to examine and agree to terms. Once the bidding has closed, no item will be reopened up for bidding unless the Auctioneer determines an error. Payment must be made immediately upon close of bidding. Stallion Hill Gallery has the right to remove or withdraw any item at its discretion, at any time, for any reason and holds no liability due to the removal of said item. Buyer?s Premium of 22% will be applied to the final sale price of each item. An additional service charge of 3% is added to all online bids. International bidders are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, fees, assessments and customs charge for items shipped outside the Continental US. Items containing Ivory, Tortoiseshell or other endangered animals may be illegal to export from the Continental US. Buyer is responsible to have knowledge of shipping limitations prior to bidding. Purchased items not picked up within 15 days will be subject to storage fees of $5.00 daily. Delivery is to be arranged through third party shippers under ?packing and shipping? tab. All purchases are subject to Connecticut sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a current sales exemption certificate. Buyers accept that shippers assume all responsibility for items once they have left the premises. Buyers agree Stallion Hill Gallery assumes no liability, nor will hold insurance for loss or damage after shippers have removed the property from premises.
