21st Annual Cabin Fever 2 Day Auction - Day 2
It's time to shake off the winter snow and make plans for the 21st annual Cabin Fever Auction, to on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7, by Tim's, Inc., in our gallery facility, located at 1185 Farmington Avenue (Route 6) in Bristol, Connecticut, 06010.
Our Cabin Fever Auction began in 1992, in the spirit of long New England winters and the desire of folks to get out and get going with the promise of spring. We're excited to be hosting the 21st annual event this year, and we feel this is one auction no one will want to miss. We will be holding the event over 2 days this year, both Saturday and Sunday with preview time starting at noon and auction to begin at 1 pm both days. There will over 800 lots of top-quality items from prominent local estates, private collections, lifetime coin collections and safety deposit boxes. We'll have something for everybody.
The sale will feature hundreds of coins including gold and silver, an antique clock collection (including examples by Eli Terry, Silas Hoadley, and other renowned clock makers), signed rock 'n' roll memorabilia, antique furnishings, carpets, artwork and more.
This year's 2 day event will also feature a New York Yankees sports collection, along with large collections of estate jewelry, some by Tiffany and Co., and many discovery items. This auction will be filled with wonderful furnishings, Victorian marble top pieces, Oak and Mahogany furnishings, artwork, carpets, collectibles, artwork, rustic cabin items, and additional sports memorabilia collections, and a 2007 Lexus!
Admittance to the auction will be a $10 donation per person, the proceeds of which will go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in memory of Peter W. Chapulis, Tim's late father. To date, Tim's, Inc. has proudly raised $52,417.00 for the hospital.
