Fine Asian Art and Antiques

Kaminski Auctions is pleased to offer selected Chinese works of art and porcelain objects from the outstanding collection of Dana B. Pollard. For over 40 years, Mr. Pollard gathered quality pieces from the most reliable sources in Boston, New York, Washington D.C. and California. Alongside this fine collection, Kaminski Auctions will also auction a number of Vietnamese ceramics from the Hoi An shipwreck. Sunk in the South China Sea in the 15th century, the ship held over 150,000 objects preserved at the bottom of the sea for over 500 years. Discovered by fishermen in the 1990s, and later excavated from 1997-1999, a number of these wonderfully preserved dishes, jars, bowls, cups, bottles, and covered boxes will now be offered for sale in Kaminski?s Fine Asian Arts and Antiques Auction.
