Terms and Conditions of Sale: All bidders are responsible for reading and understanding the following terms of sale, as well as any supplemental notices or announcements. By participating in our sale you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract. A buyer's premium of 22% will be added to the hammer price, Merchandise will not ship until checks or credit card has cleared. BIDDERS MUST BE APPROVED. PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION. Invoices are sent the next day following the auction or within 24 hours. Checks are due within 5-7 Days following the auction. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
