For those in attendance, all purchases must be paid for in full and picked up within one hour after the conclusion of the Auction. Checks either personal or business, will be accepted at the sole discretion and with prior approval of the Executive Office. This Warranty does not cover normal wear on furniture, unless otherwise stated. Pieces that are, in our opinion, refinished, are described as such. The absence of reference to the condition of a clock or lighting device does not imply it to be in working condition or without defects, repairs, restorations, or replacement parts. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were accessible for on hand inspection prior to the Auction and that he or she relied on their own inspection of the lots as well as information listed in the catalog or otherwise provided by Auctioneer, the Auction staff or Seller. All other guarantees of authenticity of authorship, expressed or implied, are hereby disclaimed. The weights of diamonds and gemstones are approximated, based upon measurements of their physical size. Stones are not taken out of their settings. Watches are not guaranteed to be in working condition.
