Registration for Absentee Bids should be done in a timely manner at least 8 hours before time of auction. All absentee bids are executed competitively. Phone Bids will be accommodated based on staffing availability; 3. Absentee Bids must be paid within 5 days of auction. Bank or Cashier's check is preferable, but credit card is fine. 4. Attending auction Premiums are: 17% Buyers Premium for Cash or Good Check ; 20% Credit Card ; Live Auctioneers Premium is 25% ; 5. If payment is with a check, we reserve the right to hold the item(s) purchased until check clears; 6. A successful bid (purchase price) will include: Hammer Price, Applicable Buyers Premium and NY State Sales Tax ; 7. All Sales are Final and sold AS IS with No Refunds ; 8. NY State Dealers & Out-of-State Dealers are required to properly register with this firm with a valid tax numbers and business information ; 9. All items have been described to the best ability for accurately, but the responsibility for condition and authenticity is Solely on the Bidder ; 10. Successful bidders are fully responsible for removal of items purchased, including any shipping and insurance related costs and arrangements ; 11. Any item(s) left facility over 20 days may be subject to storage fees ($45 per week) ; 12. Absentee Bids will be executed competitively by this firm. This process is a matter of convenience to customers and therefore this firm is not responsible for errors in execution or failure to execute bids.

Firearms & Ammunition Lots – Terms & Conditions Two Feathers Antiques & Auction Services (TFAAS)– Schillaci & Shultis will use the professional services of the licensed FFL Dealer: Firefly FireArms (FFFA), 1216 Libby Ave., Schenectady, New York, 12309 , 518-225-2035, email: fireflyfirearms@gmail.com, for all FFL related services and shipping. Buyers will need to contact Firefly Firearms Arm directly after auction to pay all related FFL & Shipping charges if necessary. and any requirements needed to receive their purchase. No exceptions. All regulations, both NY & Federal, will be followed regarding the purchase of any antique firearms and ammo, so bidders be aware of this (NY residents everything requires a background check which may cause delays). Due to changes in NY State Laws – everything requires a background check, antique firearms, black-powder firearms, modern firearms, and ammunition. No exceptions. All licensing requirements will be required to be met and complied with. . Lots are subject to all applicable state and local taxes, unless appropriate resale permits are on file with TFAAS prior to invoicing. Bidder agrees to pay TFAAS the actual amount of tax due in the event that sales tax is not properly collected due to: 1) an expired, inaccurate, or inappropriate tax certificate or declaration, 2) an incorrect interpretation of the applicable statute, 3) or any other reason. The appropriate form or certificate must be on file and verified by CTFA five days prior to Auction, or tax must be paid; only if such form or certificate is received by CTFA within 4 days after the Auction can a refund of tax paid be made. Lots from different auctions may not be aggregated for sales tax purposes. Online bidding through Live Auctioneers.com and other bidding platforms may be available. These terms and conditions apply, as well as additional terms and conditions for each third-party platform. These Terms & Conditions will take deference over any posted online terms and agreements. A surcharge may be added for third party online platforms. FIREARMS TRANSFER AND ELIGIBILITY: All firearm transfers will be in strict accordance with all International, Federal, State and local laws. Buyer is responsible for adhering to all country, state and local laws before bidding. If a bidder is unable to import, purchase, own, or receive a firearm for any reason, they should not bid on these items. If a buyer later determines they cannot legally own a firearm or accept delivery, the bid is still a valid contract, and the buyer is still obligated to remit payment in accordance with payment terms. We do not offer returns, refunds or cancellations on the basis of ineligibility or failure to facilitate transfer. DENIAL OF TRANSFER: If Denied by FBI / NICS background check buyers will not be able to take possession of the firearm and the firearm will be consigned to the next available firearm auction. Dealers and Individuals that bid on and win items own the items and are fully responsible for payment within terms regardless of whether the FBI / NICS approves their taking physical possession of the items. We will not cancel the sale due to disapproval for any reason. If a buyer is appealing a Denied decision, we will hold the firearm for a grace period of only 30 days – after that buyer forfeits purchase. IN-PERSON PICKUP OR TRANSFERS: Make sure all necessary requirements are met. Only the person to whom the bidder number is registered may accept transfer of the firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale at FFFA’s location only. Federal Law disallows anyone else from accepting the transfer. Buyers may not bid on or pay for modern firearms on behalf of another party. Modern Firearms (1898 and later) can be picked up in person with a valid NY Pistol Permit or applicable Certificate, can be picked up by FFL Licensee or listed responsible person with “Live Copy?? of License Eligible Curio & Relic Firearms can be picked by C&R Holders with “Live Copy?? of license.NY requires NY permit holders to also have a Mental Hy, Non New York Residents (without FFL or C&R) may not pick up modern or NFA firearms in person at our FFL Representative (Fire Fly Fire Arms - FFFA). Antique Firearms can be picked up in person with valid photo ID by persons over the age of 18 at our facility. No background check required, if any states of residence are eligible. AMMUNITION: Any buyer receiving ammunition in the State of NY must possess a Valid NY Pistol Permit, Long Gun Certificate, or Ammunition Certificate per state laws and NYS Safe Act exceptions may apply. Buyers must be at least 21 yoa and are required to have a background check done. TRANSFER FEES: Transfer fees are as follows to be paid to Firefly FireArms directly – Long gun transfer fee $30 per gun; Handgun transfer fee $45 per gun; Ammunition transfer fee$15 per lot. SHIPPING: Shipping and transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are to be paid and arranged with FireFly FireArms directly. Shipping fee is a flat $40 per shipment (This may increase as a result of new regulations/laws or weight.) Insurance is optional to paid by the buyer. Modern firearms are legally required to be shipped to a BATF licensed FFL business within their state of residence for transfer. For states that allow shipment of C&R firearms to the C&R license holder, FFFA reserves the right to ship those C&R firearms to the address listed on C&R license.IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THEIR RECEIVING FFL AND ARRANGE TRANSFER AND FFL REMITTANCE and provide that to FireFly FireArms directly. The receiving dealer must submit a new shipping copy of their FFL for each auction invoice. FFL’s are not kept on file. FFL’s should be submitted to fireflyfirearms@gmail.com or through their website here: https://www.ffldealernetwork.com: FFFA is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Buyers must verify the shipping address listed on their invoice prior to shipment. Standard items packed internally by FFFA will ship approximately one to fourteen business days after payment AND applicable paperwork (FFL) is received. INSURANCEOVERSIZE: Certain auction items exceed standard shipping fees and may require over-sized and heavy shipping surcharges. AMMUNITION – any ammo shipping costs may increase based on weigh, as well as any firearms.

If you have not contacted Two Feathers Antiques & Auction Services / Schillaci & Shultis to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
