Join us on January 19th for Day Two of DuMouchelles' January 2024 Auctions, featuring over 400 lots of exceptional art, artifacts, and unique objects from notable estates and private collections of Metro Detroit. Day two includes pieces from the prominent estates of Grosse Pointe Farms, Bloomfield Township, and private collectors from areas including Waterford, Birmingham, and Marine City. Key lots include Paul Gauguin's "Paysage Aux Meules, Arles," a captivating landscape with historical significance, once part of a private collection in Detroit, Michigan. Richard Anuszkiewicz's Op Art piece, a testament to his color theory application, comes from a private collection in Farmington Hills. An Ercole Barovier Mugnoni art glass vase, a marvel of Italian glass artistry, hails from a Waterford, MI private collector. Notably, an oil painting by Alfredo Tominz and a work from the circle of Aureliano Milani come from Bloomfield Township and Holland, Michigan, respectively.
